Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) and Tokyo Commodity Exchange (Tocom) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to co-operate in the areas of listing ETFs that track commodities and commodity indices on the TSE market, listing underlying commodities and commodity indices on the Tocom market and arbitrage trading between the two exchanges as a result of these listings.
